Hello I’m Kathryn. My career began with an Associate Diploma in Hospitality Management and Bachelor of Business in Marketing. A great foundation for a career in 5 star hotels with Hyatt, Mirvac and Starwood (now Marriott) in Australia, Singapore and New York. My understanding of exceptional guest service and the requirements of operational excellence were developed. Having run my own bakery in Sydney with a team of 30 and multiple retail outlets, classes and events, I learned the power of team, processes and systems.
