At My Perfect Host, we specialise in managing beautifully furnished homes and apartments for corporate clients, relocations, and short stays. We partner with landlords and real estate agents to provide guaranteed rent, professional property care, and a seamless guest experience.

THE ROLE

As Acquisition Manager , you’ll be the voice of our business. You’ll be contacting rental agents and landlords to present our rental program, explain the benefits of working with us, and identify furnished properties that fit our portfolio.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with real estate professionals and homeowners
  • Call and email real estate agents and landlords
  • Explain our services and benefits for property owners
  • Identify and secure furnished rental opportunities
  • Keep accurate notes and follow up with prospects

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Confident phone manner and ability to overcome objections
  • Strong relationship-building skills
  • Sales, real estate, or customer service experience (preferred but not essential)
  • Self-motivated and results-driven attitude
